Returns policy

Upon receiving your leather purchase, you have a 14-day window to determine its suitability for you. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase and wish not to keep it, you may return it to us for either an exchange or refund. Please note that the cost of returning the item is your responsibility. Made-to-order items or alterations are non-refundable.

 

Items returned after the 14-day period will be credited to your E-wallet balance for the original amount paid. This credit can be utilized for future purchases within one year from the date of return. Please note that the E-wallet balance is non-refundable.

We just need you to return the item in exactly the same condition in which it was sent out to you.Please return the items in a re-saleable condition in their original unused and unworn condition, We reserve the right to reduce the refund if your handling goes beyond what would be expected if you were trying something on in our store.

When returning leather jackets, please ensure they are accompanied by the original tags and remain unworn. For leather wallets and bags, it's essential to include all branded original boxes in undamaged condition. Additionally, we kindly request that you include the returns note as proof of purchase. This will assist our team in efficiently processing your order, ensuring a swift and effective resolution.

All items purchased online must be returned by post with a return note with your full details for either a refund or exchange to the address below only. The cost of returning the item is your responsibility.
